Pesticide Drift and Contamination
Pesticides, herbacides and soil sterilizers are commonly used in conventional vineyard development. We are concerned our soil, air, surface and groundwater will be contaminated by these substances.
Six Sigma Ranch and Vineyard plans to use agricultural quantities of "Round Up" and "Goal" on their Vineyard. Their proposed vineyard blocks are uphill and upstream from homes with small children, pets,livestock and organic farms.
